Orange Regional Museum
The award winning Orange Regional Museum building was opened in November 2016. It is located on the corner of Byng and Peisley Streets in the civic precinct along with the Civic Centre, Library and Art Gallery.
The 1,300-square-metre, grass roofed, building houses the visitor information centre, a café , council offices and the exhibition space. The museum will host temporary and permanent exhibitions on a variety of themes.
Our society works closely with the museum staff on various displays and projects to promote our local history.
